How do I order?
1. Select your favorite photo so we can print it.
2. Choose your text on the poster (1-3 sentences) that our friends will say. These sentences are on the poster and are spoken by us.
3. Add your favorite song . You can also select the second song to start, for example: Happy Song (0:15)
5. If you have any special requests (dressing the shirt, etc.), please feel free to specify them in the "Text on Poster" field.
4. Once the video is created, it will be delivered via email within 1 to 3 days (African Team 1-2 days). Please also keep an eye on your spam inbox.
How do I add a song?
When you purchase one of our welcome videos, you will see a box that says which song you want. For example, write Cardi B – I Like It, the YouTube link of the song OR let us select it for you.
Are your videos AI created, photoshopped, edited or fake?
Our videos are exclusively created by real people . We manually write the messages on the board and occasionally use reusable character magnets. Each shoutout message is delivered by real people featured in the video!
Is it only valid for birthdays?
No, we can create videos for a variety of occasions including graduation, Father's Day, Mother's Day etc!
How long does the delivery take?
For order processing and delivery we usually need 1-2 days. Please be patient during peak times as there may be slight delays. Our daily order capacity is limited. If your order is delayed, please wait a few days longer before contacting us.
What happens if I ordered express delivery?
In this case, your order has top priority and we expect it to be completed within 24 hours. Please be patient with us as we carefully process videos on a first come, first served basis. Please note that the day the order is placed is not considered the first day!
If you have chosen express shipping with African Team, you can be sure that we can guarantee delivery the very next day.
How do I get the video?
Your video will be emailed in HD quality. Please remember to also check your spam folder for receipts.
How long is a video?
The duration of a video is between 40 and 60 seconds.
Will my video be published on social media platforms?
Under no circumstances without your permission! We only share videos if you allow us to by clicking on “Post my video to social media”.
Are our dancers paid enough?
We definitely ensure that all of our teams are paid fairly per video. Additionally, for every order placed, we make a donation by providing a meal to families in need.
I have not received my order?
We ensure that all orders are shipped on time. Although it is possible that certain emails end up in your SPAM folder, please check there too. If you can't find it, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to send it to you again.
