Q: How long is a video?

A: A video is between 40 and 60 seconds long.

Q: How long is the delivery time?

A: The delivery time for your order is a maximum of 2 to 3 working days.

（If it is a rush order, delivery will be next day.)

Q: How do I get the video?

A: Your finished video will be emailed to you in HD quality MP4 format.

Please also pay attention to your spam folder.

Q: Which payment options can I use?

A: Currently you can pay with Paypal, VISA, Master, Google Pay, Amex, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay.

Q: Can I change my order details after submitting?

A: You can send us an email if you have already completed your order. Be sure to include your order number!
